Parachute is committed to ensuring our facilities are a safe space for artists, producers and industry professionals.

Refrain from any any unwelcome or uninvited behaviour of a sexual nature that might lead to, or be interpreted as, sexual harassment or assault.
Maintain an awareness of power imbalances that may relate to gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, dis/ability, seniority or influence in the workplace; we will not tolerate abuse or advantage of that imbalance if you are in a position of power.
Refrain from being intoxicated or consuming excessive alcohol or illegal substances while working on our premises.
Actively address any behaviour that breaches this Code.
